HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES
We have been providing housekeeping services here on Cape Cod
for 12 years and work according to your needs.
Our homes are cleaned from top to bottom and
we leave nothing undone. We
provide year round service, seasonal service (spring & fall cleanings),
weekly, biweekly, monthly, or one time service.
A general cleaning of your home entails:
- cleaning the bathrooms
- cleaning the kitchen
- dusting furniture, baseboards,
doors, fans, blinds, window sills, cabinets and picture frames
in every room.
- vacuuming,
- cleaning mirrors, glass, entry glass door
- disposing of trash and
- mopping floors
The following are not included in a general cleaning and may
incur an additional fee if requested:
- cleaning ovens, cleaning
the inside of refrigerators, and window cleaning.
Our general cleaning fee is based on the home and the tasks
required.
VACATION HOMES AND RENTALS
Are you going on vacation and need someone to get the house
ready for you
and your guest? We can open it up for you, clean it, change the
linen, make
the beds, do the shopping, make lunch for when you get there,
make dinner,
get the party ready, and turn the water or heat on.
LINEN SERVICE
We provide two options for linen service.
1. Rent the linen from us.
- sheets
- blankets
- bedspreads
- towels (face cloths,
hand
towels, dish towels, bath towels, beach towels)
We put the order together and then give you
a very
fair weekly price for the entire order.
2. Use the linen and towels from your home.
You tell us how many
people you are accommodating and we prepare your linens and towels
for each person. We wash and dry all laundry and deliver it
back to your home for
the next vacationers.
This system works very well, particularly in conjunction with
our vacation or rental cleanings.
