Susan has a BA from Wheaton College. She has spent years in customer service in the
retail and the restaurant business. She has worked in a wide variety of positions in
the restaurant field for years, from serving to management. She has learned
to be become very flexible and valuable to her companies. Her experience includes:

• Bartender in Las Vegas, San Francisco, San Diego, Pocono Mountains
• In charge of staff and functions.
• Maitre d' white glove and red carpet private functions on the yachts in San Diego and Coranado, CA
• Personal chef and event planner
• Owner of catering company in Coronado, CA for real estate open houses and stock broker companies.
• Traveling the east coast selling as a crafter and vendor at street festivals and craft shows.
• Owner and creator of Cape Cod Creations for 7 years
• Owner and creator of Pinesole Cleaning Housekeeping Service on Cape Cod for 10 years
